FightMND motor neurone disease investment
FightMND will invest 22.9 million dollars in motor neurone disease research and care in 2025, its largest grant ever. About 21.5 million funds for 21 new research projects, one infrastructure initiative, and several career awards to speed up treatments and a possible cure. The remaining 1.4 million backs care research and lived-experience programs; with supporters' help, over 700 Australians have joined trials, 6 drugs have moved from lab to clinical trials, and there is real hope for better care and treatments.
