Red Light Therapy for ALS
Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is about energy as well as nerve signals. Red light therapy, or photobiomodulation (PBM), uses red and near-infrared light to boost cellular energy and calm inflammation. The science is early and not proven for ALS, but it’s low risk and some people feel better—more energy, less throat discomfort, and a sense of taking back control.
